A Diwali Feast, the Khao Way 🪔✨
A private Diwali celebration called for something a little more special, and we were delighted to bring our Khao Sharing Table to life with a fully customised festive spread, complete with exclusive add-ons from our off-menu creations.
We kicked things off with a vibrant line-up of starters: Chicken Pâté, Samosa, Avocado Chaat, Salmon Fig Crackers and Salsa Paneer Tikka. Next came our Khao Pao Pockets — Chicken, Fish and Veggie — perfect little pita pockets made for sharing and passing around the table.
For mains, our signature Khao Butter Chicken took centre stage, alongside a spread of other crowd-pleasers. But the unexpected star of the evening? Our Mala Prawns! They earned plenty of compliments, and let's just say… they might have a place on our official menu soon. 👀
Tying it all together was a tablescape dressed in vibrant oranges, yellow and festive hues, bringing the warmth and spirit of an Indian celebration to the table, balanced with a touch of effortless elegance.
